Kiip is looking for an elite-level business development manager with a strong understanding of the mobile app space.  A true hunter, you are assertive, tenacious, and passionate about reaching out to potential partners.  An expert level communicator, you know how to get a deal done, and build amazing relationships.  You are ready to define strategy and put together tactics for your vertical, and flat out execute against plan.  Your network is extensive, and your reputation is legendary.    

All business development positions are located in San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Hunt, identifie, and recruit new partners onto our network through outbound efforts
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; defining partners’ needs and goals
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions for assigned vertical(s)
  • Build an action plan laying out goals, strategy, tactics, and timeline
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
  • Build and strengthens relationships with partners

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3 – 5 years experience in business development or sales
  • 2 years experience minimum in this vertical strongly preferred
  • "Must do" attitude; assertive, passionate, and fearless
  • Sound business acumen
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting
