Job Summary:

We've made it easy and fun to reward people for their achievements on many different platforms.  This position works across functional teams in a Sales organization to create collateral in all stages including pre-sales and post-sales, RFPs, campaign creative and other sales collateral. This position also builds out promotional assets, ad copy and related collateral for Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Ad Ops teams. This role manages brand guidelines and the consistency of voice in all of our digital assets.  The position reports to the Sr. Director, Marketing & Sales Strategy who is located in San Francisco.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build out collateral to support Business Development and Sales teams
  • Independently and collaboratively conceptualize creatives for client’s advertising campaigns, new client pitches, social media channels, blog assets, etc.
  • Work closely with and incorporate feedback from Engineering product management and designers
  • Maintain Kiip’s brand guidelines and digital brand assets
  • Interface with the UI and developer communities to absorb the latest trends and emerging technologies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years experience
  • High level proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and other Creative Suite tools
  • An alluring portfolio of design demonstrating stylistic range, and consistency of voice
  • Demonstrated experience managing deadlines.  Bonus points for experience gained in an agency or publisher setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Keen eye for details and strong project management skills, with experience setting own deadlines and milestones.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Self-sufficient, self-organized, and able to take ownership of a project throughout its full lifecycle
