Assistant Brand Manager

Job Summary

You’re the champ and ambassador of the Kiip brand, both creatively and tactically.  You’ll enforce brand consistency across all digital channels where the Kiip brand lives, both internally and externally.  This position partners across teams and find opportunities to strategically amplify the Kiip brand. This position also leads the digital content market strategy and execution, from creative conception to delivery across all communication channels.  It's a primo opportunity for someone who is a strategic go-getter, who sees through to production and delivers beginning-to-end quality content.


  • Educate Kiip’s internal teams on Kiip’s voice and brand through the lens of our various audiences including our corporate partners, users, brands and developers, including on boarding new hires with brand guidelines
  • Independently conceptualize and oversee the delivery of awareness strategies
  • Manage the Kiip website experience, content, functionality, development and analytics
  • Lead all Kiip promotional/brand awareness efforts like SEM, SEO, events, social media, content marketing strategies, and content partnerships/syndication
  • Manage Kiip’s PR firm by owning daily correspondence and leading weekly calls and quarterly strategy sessions
  • Responsible for fact checking and ensuring proper positioning of our PR’s firm’s blog and press releases, coordinating press event scheduling, authoring and managing award submissions, and securing proper quote and case study approvals from brands and partners
  • Lead Kiip’s content marketing strategy and execution in collaboration with the Consumer & Product Marketing Insights Manager
  • Generate 5-7 content pieces per quarter


  • You’re a creative spark of energy, a strategist and ready to manage the work beginning to end
  • You know how to build, grow, and leverage engagement with your brand
  • You’re a self-starter, who readily engages with others and can self-navigate teams to elicit needs and challenge
  • You’re degreed with a Bachelors’ in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
  • You can demonstrate 1+ year(s) of post degree experience coordinating campaigns, digital media content and/or asset management in a sales driven advertising or marketing environment.
  • You’ve got a knack or have built up your writing acumen in producing digital content, and graphic production skills
  • You have ideas and can manage/guide the content and front end user interface experience on a website/channel
  • You’re adept using social media, social media monitoring tools and analytics, and know how to steer communications in the social media ecosystem
  • You can manage a fast-paced, continuous delivery environment
  • You can anticipate issues, feedback, and tasks, and drive them based upon own initiative
  • You have experience navigating cross-functional teams
  • You have experience using GSuite, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe suite of products, including Keynote, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • You have experience with Wordpress, Google AdWords and Hubspot
