Business Development Manager

Kiip is looking for highly motivated Business Development Manager. A true hunter, you are assertive, tenacious, and passionate about reaching out to potential partners.  An expert level communicator, you know how to get a deal done and build amazing relationships.  You are ready to define strategy and put together tactics for your vertical and flat out execute against plan. 

Responsibilities:

  • Hunt, identify and recruit new partners onto our publisher network through outbound efforts
  • Understand the client’s business goals and how they align with the strengths of Kiip’s network
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; defining partners’ needs and goals
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positioning for assigned vertical(s)
  • Collect and disseminate client feedback, product requests and needs to the Product team
  • Build and strengthens relationships with partners
  • Work cross-functionally with Developer Success, Ad Operations, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure that a publisher’s goals are met

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years experience in business development or an SDK focused sales role
  • 1-2 years digital advertising experience is strongly preferred
  • "Must do" attitude; assertive, passionate, and fearless
  • Sound business acumen
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting
